Church Family Fun nights

This fall our church started Family fun night.  In September we had game night.

We then sat around a campfire and had smores and sang campfire songs.

In early November we had a fall fest party and had snacks all things pumpkin.  We then bobbed for apples.

M even got an apple!

We then tried to eat doughnuts off string.

Breast Awareness Run/Walk

At the end of September, Cousin A helped host a Run/Walk to raise awareness for Breast Cancer.  We went to help provide some moral support.  They had hot air balloons and activities for kids.

Field Trip to RMNP

In September, the second grade classes went on a field trip to Rocky Mountain National Park.  We hiked around Sprague Lake.  M let me take my camera and I got a lot of really good scenery pictures.

Grandparents Day

Fall Camping

With our new hard side camper, M&D were willing to try some fall camping. C&I took along our DS games so we could entertain ourselves when it was cold and raining outside.  But so much room to play inside!!

Since it was cold and rainy most of the weekend, we stayed close to camp most of the days, just doing one ride during the middle of the day.  Therefore we had lots of time to play with the dogs!

 

We had a potluck dinner one night.  So much good BBQ food.

 

The weather may not have been ideal for us, but it was perfect for the moose we saw.

One of the few nights we had a campfire, C&I entertained with the stories Uncle L had asked us to write the previous camping trip.  I worked hard on my story in the truck heading up to the camping site.

Dance and Gymnastics

This fall, C and I took an Irish dance class taught by C's preschool teacher.  We had a ton of fun in the eight weeks we went.

 In November we started gymnastics again.  It is always so fun to run, jump and climb to our heart's content.
